WHO WE ARE:

We are people of faith, family, and community - above all, we serve God, meaning we serve with integrity, transparency, kindness, love and prayer. We care deeply about people and especially their families. We have both been in long-term marriages - over 50 years for Dave and over 35 for Teresa. Dave has two children, a daughter in law, and four grandkids, who are in Galt and Santa Maria. Teresa and Lee moved to Pismo Beach to be close to their daughter after living in the Sacramento area for over 16 years. Their youngest son joined them, with their eldest son and daughter in law, living in Amsterdam. Both Dave and Teresa love spending time with family and friends, commuting back to Sacramento frequently, where they both still have family.

Both couples have bought and sold many homes. Dave and Carol have owned 9 homes in 2 states, including a 20 acre ranch, beachfront property and two rentals. Lee and Teresa have purchased and fixed up 6 homes, 4 in California and 2 in other states, ranging from starters to acreage. They purchase properties with potential and then create equity in them by updating and improving the properties.

OUR CAREERS:

We both obtained our real estate sales licenses in 2022 as a way to apply our expertise from earlier careers and our own home purchase/sales successes. We are both called to assist others in navigating this major financial and life event. Over our years in the business, we have successfully assisted clients in buying and selling single family residences. We have brought much joy to our clients as we helped them find that right new home and/or move on from their previous home. We paired up in order to provide our clients the highest level of care with the full wealth of our combined time and experience.

We both have Bachelor of Arts degrees from universities in California,with majors in Government Affairs and Business Economics. We went on to further study, with Dave obtaining a Masters Degree in Education from Sacramento State and Teresa obtaining her Certified Public Accountant license.

Dave - I spent the early part of my career in education. For over 12 years, I worked in various positions in Administration and as a Teacher and Coach in four different sports. I then founded the Jacobs Billboard Company where I owned over 450 billboards and served for over 20 years as the Executive Director of a national billboard association. I worked closely with clients to create smart marketing strategies and negotiate effectively. I also spent 10 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer, and I retain my mortgage license today. I have always been passionate about delivering results and providing an exceptional level of service. I continue to work with students and their parents providing counseling and basketball coaching at Wilton Christian School while at the same time working full-time as a REALTOR®. I love getting to be my granddaughters’ coach while selling real estate in Sacramento area and the Central Coast.

Teresa - I spent the first 17 years of my career with the US Treasury, consulting with banks of all sizes. I managed teams, negotiated with senior management, and evaluated home and credit card loans. I then spent 16 years working for the US Justice department, overseeing bankruptcies and helping individuals and small businesses reorganize their debt and set up systems to become financially viable. I have always been passionate about helping individuals and businesses thrive financially. While working full-time, I volunteered in financial counseling and education, taught classes and mentored, and I continue to be a first responder with the Red Cross. I also work part-time at the local airport as a Ramp Agent, so I can fly to see my son and daughter in law in Amsterdam. As a REALTOR®, I especially enjoy walking alongside my clients sharing my financial/legal expertise.
